"Oh, well, I suppose it's my choice," Wendy said. "And unfortunately, I'm good at getting myself into trouble."

[Miranda_]

"That's something we have in common, then," Ty replied.

"Once, back when Daphne and I were dating, we only just escaped getting caught by Pringle out of hours. You see, cuz we were from different houses, it was difficult for us to be able to meet outside of lessons for um, make out sessions so we used to get together after everyone else had gone to bed in an empty classroom. We only escaped cuz at that very moment, Peeves dropped a giant water balloon on Pringle's head and it kind of distracted him long enough for us to get to our common rooms."

"Awww, that's a cute kinda trouble, though," Wendy giggled.

[Miranda_]

"We used to eat lunch together as much as we could," Ty went on.

"We just went to the Great Hall to get some food and then take it by the lake. It took a while, but eventually our housemates accepted that we were serious. They both took a lot of convincing; in the end tho, everyone was fine with it."

"How sweet!" Wendy said with a smile. "I'm glad you got to make it work for you, despite all odds."

[Miranda_]

"It happens more often than people think it does," Ty said. "People dating people from other houses, I mean."

[spirit_queen]

"But the stereotypes are still there," Wendy said, rolling her eyes.

[Miranda_]

"Only in the heads of Gryffindors, mostly."

[spirit_queen]

"That's true; it's like they build that up intentionally," Wendy shook her head.

[Miranda_]

"I always thought they should change their house description from 'pure of heart'", commented Ty, "To 'hard of head'".
