The Triwizard Tournament {Repost}

"Yeah," sighed Pyotr. "I hate the thought of leaving; it all went by so fast! It've been better if I wasn't Champion."

[Miranda_]

"Well, you did enjoy being Champion, right?" Faina replied. "I mean, the experience and all."

[spirit_queen]

"Well, it was a good learning experience, certainly. And it's good to know that I'm at least decent at field work and not just theory.... I still like theory, though," Pyotr told her.

[Miranda_]

"Well, theory is the groundwork for practical magic," Faina replied.

"There's no point in being good at the practical without the knowledge to back it up."

[spirit_queen]

"True. I've even made a spell or two of my own," Pyotr said. "That part's always a great challenge."

[Miranda_]

"I should think it is. In any case, we can always come back here sometime."

It was coming up to the end of the term. The foreign students would leave the day before the Hogwarts students, after the end of term feast. Cuz of Draven winning the tournament, Slytherin had managed to gain enough points to win the House Cup.

[spirit_queen]

This was met with mixed feelings; many were glad that Hogwarts won the cup, but some from other Houses muttered about losing to Slytherin, or, in the case of some Ravenclaws, losing in general.

Wendy waved excitedly at Draven; she was very happy for him and that he'd won.

[Miranda_]

The Gryffindors especially were muttering darkly, as they always hated to lose to Slytherin.

Draven wasn't very happy in general, cuz he always hated having to go home for the summer holidays.

After mealtime ended, Wendy skipped over to Draven. "Will I get to see you over the summer at all?"

[Miranda_]

"I expect so," Draven replied.

"I won't know whether I can go and visit anyone til the OWL results come, but my parents are going to visit some friends in the first week. You could come then; Grandma won't tell them that you did."
