Draven was hanging round the halls at that moment; mainly to avoid the gaggle of girls who just could not fully grasp the fact that he already had a date for the ball.

Michelle was looking for Wendy to tell her the news about her date.

"Yup!" Wendy giggled. At this point, wendy saw Michelle. "Miicheeeelle! Hiiiii!" she sang.

Michelle hurried over. "Wendy, I've got some great news for you," she said. "I've got a date for the ball!"

Wendy squealed and hugged Michelle. "I'm so happy for you!"

"He's a Beauxbatons student called Adrien," Michelle replied. "He seems nice; anyway, it only has to be for one night if not."

"That's so cute!" Wendy said. "Now C- I mean, uh... Veronique and I need to find dates..." Wendy leaned int o Michelle and whispered, "I disguised Collette so that she could find a date who likes her for her personality and not because she's Champion... remember to call her Veronique."

"Sure," Michelle whispered back. "Tho I do say that it's best to be yourself... I never thought I'd get a date, cuz of how things are for me; and I did. Maybe it would be best to try among the Durmstrang or Hogwarts students."

[spirit_queen]

"Yeah, but they all still know she's Champion, no matter for what school. She's still gonna behave like herself around the Durmstrang and Hogwarts students, but she doens't want to get flocked by boys because they know she's Champion." Wendy giggled. "Besides, you should be proud of me, I got that color-change spell done perfectly!"

[Miranda_]

"I still don't think it's right," Michelle said, looking uncertain. "Besides; her disguise won't fool everyone. I saw Draven looking very hard at her when you came in; I think he's probably worked it out, so if you want your scheme not to be wrecked, you might want to talk to him."

"I will. Besides, We all know Draven is uncommonly smart; I plan on introducing Veronique to people who are more average than that," Wendy said. Wendy suddenly sighed heavily. "I don't know if I'll find a decent date for myself, though... especially since I like someone totally wrong for me."
