"We seem to agree on this, at least," Shadowstar replied.

"At least," Goldenstar agreed. "I hate to think what would happen if we disagreed on something as important."

[Miranda_]

"Let's hope it doesn't come to that," Shadowstar said.

"ever," added Goldenstar.

Most of the cats, save those who were on guard, were sleeping.

Mossfur however was awake, he quietly got up and left the sleeping area, making sure to avoid waking any of the other cats.

Ravenheart, however, saw him leave.

Mossfure made his way through the beanfield, not looking twice to make sure of his path.

[Miranda_]

Ravenheart had hesitated only a moment before following Mossfur. There were plenty of other guards on duty, and he felt that Shadowstar would want to know where Mossfur was going more than anything. Due to being a Shadowclan cat, Ravenheart was more than capable of blending into the night and becoming invisible. He would be undetectable to Mossfur as he shadowed him. And of course, Ravenheart's fur colour helped considerably with that.
