"I'd agree with that," Poppyfur replied. "However, it would be more dangerous to stay rather than go."

"Of course, there is no reason for us to stay," Goldenstar agreed. He got up and began to pace somewhat nervously in a circle.

"Specific positions can be discussed later tonight, when we're getting ready to leave. For now, I'd advise that we all rest at least a bit; we've a long journey ahead of us." Snowpaw said as she came up to the ThunderClan leader and deputy.

[Miranda_]

Poppyfur nodded. "I'd agree with that. We should all stay inside, save the guards, in case Twolegs comes near. I hope that doesn't happen, but we should be able to make a run for it in case of emergency."

"Shall I go tell the other leaders and deputies, to be sure everyone knows, then?" Snowpaw asked.

[Miranda_]

"I think it would be best," Poppyfur said. "I will find someone to be a guard for this cave."

Snowpaw nodded. First, she haded off to the ShadowClan leader and deputy; as medicine cat, she was already a bit more neutral than any other cat to begin with.

[Miranda_]

Shadowstar had finished briefing the apprentices and checking over to see if any had debilitating injuries. None did; they all were fit enough to travel.

Snowpaw went over to her. "Shadowstar?"

[Miranda_]

Shadowstar turned to face the medicine cat. "Yes?" she replied, flexing her claws.
