"This is a good day," Set explained. "I have bad days, but I try not to give in on those days. I call you or talk to Neph, and that helps, too."

Josh kissed Set's cheek fondly, then said, "I'm glad it's a good day for you... and, somehow, you got sauce on your nose."

[Miranda_]

Set wiped his face with a napkin. "There's a lot of sauce on this pizza."

[spirit_queen]

"The sauce is my favorite part," Josh said. "But it can definitely be messy."

[Miranda_]

"It's funny, but I never thought I'd ever eat properly like this, and enjoy it," Set said.

[spirit_queen]

"But just look how much healthier you look! Even before I knew, I thought of you as a sort of sexy god... funny that I was right, eh?" Josh said.

[Miranda_]

"It's hard to know if I look healthier; I can't always shake the mental pictures I see whenever I see myself in a mirror," Set said. "I never would have told you about me if I hadn't had to; I was afraid of what you would say."

[spirit_queen]

"That I'd call you a freak and order you out of my house?" Josh suggested.

[Miranda_]

Set nodded. "That exactly. What has been written about me in books isn't exactly flattering."

[spirit_queen]

"And Isis basically wrote the book, so I wouldn't expect it to be... not tha your fears are stupid, mind if I hadn't already been completely in love, I probably would have freaked more. I might not have kicked you, but I would have freaked out and stuff."
