Neph giggled. "We have plenty of time for that later... I don't think Tina or my sister would appreciate the sight."

"That's a shame. Anyway, where do we have to go? I'm ready now."

[spirit_queen]

"Just follow me; we'll have you change when we get there, 'cuz otherwise you're stuck walking around commando with only a bedsheet around your waist," Neph said. She paused. "Oh, when I pass people, they keep asking me if I'm headed to... some kind of... I think the word wassorority party? Something? What does that mean?"

Remy shrugged. "Something to do with college. Anyway, just ignore them or say you're going to a dress rehearsal for a play."

"Oh, okay," Neph said. "Well, let's go, then."

Remy followed Neph to where she was taking him. He followed blind, cuz he didn't have a clue where they were going.

They went quite a ways, but Neph had yet to ride in a car and was, in truth, a bit afraid of them. Eventually, they arrived at an old, disused toolshed just outside the fenced-in boundaries of a ranch.

Remy stopped just outside the door. "So, is this it?" he asked. "Just what do you plan to do here, if you don't mind me asking?"

"We have to be close by to a horse; we need animal's blood for the ritual, specifically an animal associated with the deity in question... but you don't have one. Tina said that, aside from your human form, thhe single most amount of time you spent in any form was spent in that of a horse, and you did... something she wouldn't tell in that form that made the horse form significant to you," Neph started. "Since we can't just capture a horse and bring it to a house, we decided to go to the horse; Tina found this place," Neph explaied.
