"No thanks to Horus," Set said, rolling his eyes. "Horus would have made sure that Josh never spoke to me again if he had told him everything."

"I know. Speaking of Josh do you think he'd cut my hair for me?" Neph said suddenly yet subconsciously. She showed Set a pisture and said, "I want it sort of like this..."

"I expect so," Set replied. "I'll ask Josh next time I see him. Horus is lucky that everything turned out well; I would have made him sorry if he'd lost me Josh."

[spirit_queen]

"He just wanted the satisfaction of ruining your happiness and making it look like Tina's fault," Neph snorted.

[Miranda_]

"Spoiled brat," Set muttered. "It would have done a lot of good if someone had given him a smack back then."

[spirit_queen]

"You know that Osiris gave him a smack now, right?" Neph said.

Just then, Isis walked in, but, since neither of them had noticed her, she remained quiet.

[Miranda_]

"No," Set replied, also not noticing Isis. "When did that happen?"

[spirit_queen]

"Tina told Osiris what happened, he took him aside, called him a brat, and boxed his ears. Oh. He also told Horus to stop whining to his mother all the time," Neph sniggered.

Isis was going a bit red, but contained herself... for the moment.

[Miranda_]

Set snickered at this. "What a hope," he said. "There's no way on earth that Horus is going to change from being a whiny little mommy's boy to being a decent person. It's just not possible."

"Nope; I tried, when I used to babysit him, but it wasn't that often and-" Neph started to say, but Isis finally lost it.

"I can't believe what I'm hearing! I expect Set to talk trash about my golden boy, you you too, Neph? How could you?"
