Eventually, they both set off to go to the house. Horus told Helena that if the spell wasn't ready by Monday, he could always say that she was sick. But he doubted it would come to that, with Isis working on it.
"Of course it will! Now, that memory spell hurts so much because it's giving her more storage for memory, like adding on a new wing to a building. After that's done, then the long list of memories from a long time of living can flood in. After that, the brain sort of has to... shut down and come back alive again to adjust itself and add all the new memories and hook up the new 'storage' to the main stuff. The spell sustains you through this death-like stage. Helena's brain just didn't turn back on right, that's all; like I texted you, it's a fairly easy fix." Isis explained patiently.
Isis then went up to Helena and seemed to make a thumbs-up sign, then pressed her thumb against Helena's forehead and rotated her wrist counter-clockwise. Helena instantly slumped over. "How do moderns say it? Ah, yes; reboot!" She then did a thums-down sign and placed it again against Helena's forehead, but this time she rotated her wrist clockwise.
Helena instantly jumped awake. "D@mn, that was weird." she said.
"Yes. I was -am- a goddess of love and beauty," Helena said with a giggle. "Greek hottie goddess Aphrodite at your service!" she added to Horus with a seductive wink.
