A little bit later,t he locksmith arrived, and he and Chun-Li managed with her faulty Spanish and his faulty English between them. When he left, Chun-Li got the serum out and immediately went to Vega's side to inject.

Once the serum had started to work, Vega took his mask off and his manner immediately improved.
