"Well, our top profilers only came up with this much; definitely male. Probably caucasian. Young, mid-twenties at the oldest, possibly with some sort of traumatic childhood. and we know he's making a statement with the way he kills; some are more messed up than others. We know that his statements have nothing to do with Shadowlaw; it's not really their style. But we can't figure out what the statement is." Interpol hadn't, of ocurse, considered that beauty might have anything to do with the statement. XD

"It's funny tho; all the victims have been linked with wanting to stamp out Shadowlaw," said Cammy. "Like that politician who wanted the laws changed so that anyone who dealt weapons to the enemies of the Western world would be executed. The week after he announces his plans, he's found dead in his house. And with no evidence of a major security breach; and did this guy have security."

Character-Rose
Then- Rose could barely stand, the effort she's had to use this far into the fight just to keep up was beginning to show. From where she was she could see no sign of Bison. Was it possible? Had she really killed Bison? With one last pant she slumped to the ground. But Bison had said something before, something about sharing a soul. Rose shuddered. Bison wasn't dead, She'd know if he was. Her cards would know. But what did any of this have to do with a soul. "****ed B*stard," Rose gritted her teeth. She'd have to find him, kill him this time. Rose wasn't going to stop searching from now on until he was dead. Now- Rose stood anxiously on the street corner. She was wearing her usual attire, lots of pink, black and purple. Her long violet hair spiked out jaggedly behind her. She moved awkwardly from one foot to the other. Her face was pulled into a tight frown. After consulting her tarot cards she had realized something was wrong, very wrong, something to do with Bison wrong. He was up to something, she was sure she just didn't know what yet. Rose sighed, there was only one thing to do, she would have to track down Bison herself and exterminate him, which was harder than it looked. From her former run ins with Bison she had learnt how dangerous he was. Who knew what he was capable of if he put his mind to it. With one last vicious bite of her lip Rose turned and began to make her way back down the street. ![]() |

"So I heard. But the assassin is sent out by Bison to kill those individuals, which we already have figured; it's his method of killing that has us saying that he has more to say than just what he's told. Whoever this guy is, he is not Bison's puppet." Chun-Li said as she sipped at her coffee, which she'd kept black.
