"Really? Good, because you're onyl the second guy I've ever kissed." Rose said with a grin.

"Well, considering that people see us as humans, we do have rights to freedom." She smiled at this. "We can't live under the same laws century after century when in this world times are changing."

[Miranda_]

"Well then, you're naturally good," Dolph said, grinning.

"Exactly," Flynn replied. "We have no choice but to change with the world, if we are to survive."

"Ah yes." Clarissa's smile faded, until all that was left was a light tug at the ends of her lips. "Survival. I wish those Vampire Hunters were as thick as the rest of the lot, but alas they're not." Her eyes narrowed to blue slits. "Yet, they're still human."

[Miranda_]

Flynn nodded, no longer smiling. "They can still die. And so easily, too."

"Sweet." Rose said. "Though, I must admit, I followed you just a bit."

"And yet they still pose such a threat to us." She sighed. "Perhaps...." She trailed off, being lost in her thoughts.

[Miranda_]

"This is a small town, tho," said Flynn. "We will be safe here from hunters."

Dolph smiled, but said nothing, content just to sit there with Rose for the moment.

Rose leaned against Dolph and watched the clouds again, feeling truly contented.

"For now." She murmured darkly. Clarrissa was staring past Flynn, her eyes narrowed still. She appeared to be in thought, yet there was nothing running through her head. Which was odd, especially for her.
