Vanilla pointed at Blaze to answer the question. "Yes, Blaze?"

Vector was on of the captains, and he certainly wasn't picking Silver for his team.

Rouge actually DID raise her hand, after Blaze had been called upon.

Unfortunately, Vanilla didn't see Rouge. She probably would've been too shocked to call on her if she had. XD

Rouge didn't really care, because she didn't want to say the answer, but just tell the teacher she wasn't staying after class. She'd manage to get out no matter what.

Shadow, after the bell for the period, had walked outside and stood by the lockers, seeing no reason to go to next period. As a matter of fact he didn't even bother to have a schedule, and stood there glaring at everyone. Eventually, however, everyone was in their classes - and he started timing to see how long he could get away with skipping this time.
Usually a teacher would come get him, but seeing as today was the first day, maybe they wouldn't.

Power: Super speed + reflexes
Description: Lean figure with spiked blue hair, green eyes, and an irritating smirk constantly fixed under his nose.
Personality: Strong sense of justice, but still extremely annoying and a nasty winner. Overconfident but not afraid to take risks to help those in need.
Bio: Sonic lives with his sister Sonia and his parents at their home in the suburbs of their town. He was thoroughly dumbfounded when his brother manic randomly took off to live in a hostel, and has no idea why. xD
He gets amusement out of harassing the principal, wreaking general havoc and teasing essentially anyone that isen't Tails, silver, or blaze. And he only leaves silver alone because blaze forces him too.

Name: Scourge
Age: 15
Power: Super speed and reflexes.
Description: Has spiked green hair, blue eyes, and similar build to sonic. He also has two long scars across his chest from the time Knuckle's father attacked him with a rake for giving him cheek. Wears a leather jacket all, the freaking, time. Also wears a pair of sunglasses at all times.
Personality: Scourge is basically the opposite of sonic, as he mistreats others, is greedy, and wants it all. Cherishes a strong hatred for sonic, who has no clue why. Also has a sick sense of humour, and often commits random acts of violence, vandalism or otherwise to amuse himself.
Bio: Scourge lives in the local slum area, in his basement. xD Though he's rarely there, and spends most of his time raising hell, or pis'sing off everyone from the freak patrol to the local constabulary to the friendly neighbourhood military industrial complex. Has a violent stalker called rosy whom he hates with a passion. About the only people he gets on with are the other bullies, the science teacher, Doctor Finitevus, and rouge. For some unimaginable reason, she makes him rather docile.

Name: Doctor Finitevus
Age: Not certain, but estimately between 20 and 30
Power: Scientific and robotic genius, and can manipulate the powers of the chaos emeralds. He gained this power through his own experimentation.
Description: Finitevus is and Albino, with white hair and pupiless yellow eyes. He also has robotic hands and lower legs, which are hidden under clothing most of the time. He also wears a silver belt with an image of the moon on it, and a golden necklace with the same image. When not teaching or purchasing cake, he also wears a long black and white striped cape and weird black gauntlets and boots, which have long rings around them. He's rather short.
Personality: Was once basically a normal scientist, but is currently quite raving mad because of his bizarre experiments. takes a shine to anyone in his science classes that can grasp how to cause the most devastating explosions. His pet is Scourge. Also a bit of a nazi. xD
Bio: Doctor Finitevus' past is shrouded in mystery, but he doesn't like robotnic much and that probably has something to do with it. Him and eggman share a mad genius rivalry, with his superior grasp of chemistry and physics matching him evenly with Eggman's brilliant robotics and computers.
