Knuckles watched the news bulletin in silence. He had no choice but to concede the point. "Fine. But I'm still not apologising."

Sonic flipped both fingers.

"Fine. But remember it's child's play for me to make you go wherever at night. Don't be surprised if you wake up lost in a sewer!"

Knuckles ground his teeth. "If you did that, your chances of survival would be nil. I'd find my way back here eventually, and then you'd suffer."

"Want to bet? We're both very fast when you're in werehog form. If I led you away in a straight line, and kept going all night, it's take you twice as much time to get back. And by then you'd the be the werehog again"

[Miranda_]

"And then Rouge would smack your head for getting me lost. Plus, there's these things called trains that could get me back, so I wouldn't even be running."

Sonic flipped his fingers again.

"I don't give a rat's. My as's demands retribution"

[Miranda_]

"So get a frozen pack of peas or something to sit on. But it's not as tho I did it on purpose."

[AaronShadows]

"Yeah, but it's your fault you have those effing spikes! Why do you have to have such dangerous handwear?!!"

Sonic went and got a pack of ice peas and sat on it. XD

[Miranda_]

Knuckles rolled his eyes. "The same reason why you have spines. It's something I was born with. And they're not like they were last night all the time, you know they're not."
