Of course, Rouge knew full well it was dangerous to give all the Emeralds to one person - and if it were anyone else who wanted them all, she'd be trying to persuade them into thinking otherwise - but Rouge was greedy. She didn't think she'd do anything stupid with them in any case. She wasn't gullible (or idiotic) enough to hand them over to Eggman, and if Eggman tried stealing them from her, he'd find it difficult because Rouge already had the mind of a thief.

The way Rouge saw things, the Emeralds were safest with her. She didn't want to have to resort to stealing them from other members in the house.

Silver was equally determined to not let Rouge get her hands on his Emerald. He felt that he since he needed it to Chaos Control, she was being extremely selfish thinking she should have it, as well as trying to grab all the other ones.

Blaze, of course, was on Silver's side.

Tails was goign to go aorund and ask everyone's opinion individually on the rouge issue, but he was pretty sure everyone was annoyed with Rouge for her attitude when it came to the emeralds.

Silver privately thought that Rouge was acting just like Eggman. After all, he wanted to grab all the Emeralds for himself, too.

Blaze would laugh if he tld her this, as she hadn't thought of that.

Silver did eventually tell Blaze this. He generally told her everything. XD

Blaze laughed. "I hadn't thought of it that way!" She managed after a bit. "I don't think she'd like the comparison much."

[Miranda_]

"All the more reason to tell her so," said Silver. "Cuz that's how she's acting."
