Sonic X - Chaos Control

"oh... woooow." Blaze said, stunned.

"EXACTLY" Agreed sonic, then started howling into a cushion again.

"I don't get why you'd stand up for me," Silver said. "And why was Knuckles mad?"

"Huh? Stand up for you? o_O I was just bringing rouge down from her high perch. She seemed to think every straight male was attracted to her, end of story. Sorry, WRONG"

Rouge was incredibly upset now, but Rouge would never show weakness by crying about anything like that in public. She went outside, and sat in a fairly sheltered area, and silently sobbed to herself. Rouge would hate it if anyone saw her like this, for she felt vulnerable and she didn't want people to see her true emotions.

Julie-Su was still outside, and heard Rouge. Though it was against everything she'd ever said about her, she got up and walked over. ".. Rouge?"

Knuckles had gone as usual to sit next to the Master Emerald, at the other end of the garden. He was feeling angry with Rouge for her refusal to see sense, and for her threat.

Blaze decided to see what this was all really about, and went to see Knux. First, she preferred Knux over Rouge as Rouge deliberately picked on her and Silv; second off, Knux seemed like a good guy at heart. Oh, and she could sort of sympathize with him, as another guardian.

"Hi, Knuckles." Blaze said.

Knuckles looked up moodily. "Oh, hi Blaze," he said grumpily.
