"Sure, I'll tell you." Tails said. He then told silver about the hidden lab, the shield, and the emrald.

[Miranda_]

Silver waited til Tails had finished, then said, "So it's the forcefield that blocks Blaze and my powers then? I wondered what it could be."

[Silent_Wolf]

Amy gave Knuckles a look. "Cut it out."

"Well, Knuckles, I guess you're coming with us?"

Tails nodded. "My theory is that the shield creates an interference of sorts that blocks off the portion of your brain that contorls your powers."

[Miranda_]

"Guess so," Knuckles replied. "Not like there's anything else to do."

Silver said, "So why can Mel still use her powers? Shadow's are artificial, so I know why he can use his."

[Silent_Wolf]

"Come on, then, I brought my car." He yawned.

[spirit_queen]

"Hmm. Well, she was born on this planet, and so has adapted to the various interferences that may be out there." Tails said.

[Miranda_]

"Yeah, let's get going if we are going," said Knuckles. "This should be interesting, at least."

Silver said, "So, can you do something to sort out the shield then? I'm not going to ask more than once, I'm not like that."

Sonic got layed off early that day because he'd done the rounds on the entire area in under fifteen minutes. He happened to be strolling lazily in the gate when he spotted the others talking.

"What's going on? o_o You guys look like you mean business"

[Miranda_]

"Amy lost her contact lenses," Knuckles said to Sonic. "Remember how she used to hug Silver and Shadow cuz she mistook them for you? She's got over the colour issue, but she still can't see a thing and thinks anything blue is you."
