"Those young teens over there." Johnny said. "One of them just transformed into a cat, and the other looks... well, like she has an all-over sunburn and wears goggles over her eyes, which is probably to hide her eyes. And don't forget the tail." He was an odd teen, but not quite odd in the way Nyx and Shamus were; his hair always looked wet, even when one touched it it felt dry, and his fingers were always pruny.

[Miranda_]

"There's another girl there, but she looks pretty normal," said Shamus, looking over in the direction that Johnny was indicating. "But she must be a mutant, or else she wouldn't be with them."

[spirit_queen]

Johnny handed Shamus his umbrella. "i'm gonna make it rain." He usually kept the umbrella for when he made it rain so that he could react like a normal person did, but he knew that Shamus would need the umbrella more than he; he loved the rain. "It'll make them rush for shelter, a predictable action, and then we can act accordingly."

[Miranda_]

"Good idea. We need more warm bodies, especially since over half our group was locked up." Shamus took the umbrella; he hated the rain.

Johnny closed his eyes and exhaled, and it started to pour. The rain was torrential, and it was almost impossible to see anything.

[Silent_Wolf]

"Oh god no, I don't have an umbrella." Nyx flipped her hoodie hood up, along with the jacket hoodie, and crossed her arms over her head, squinting and trying to see through the rain.

[Sarah_K_O_M]

Aislin held her backpack over her head, grimacing.

[Miranda_]

Paul changed back into himself; they wouldn't be noticed in such a downpour. "Run for the trees; would be better than nothing."

[Silent_Wolf]

"After you, I can't see worth sh*t in this!"

[Miranda_]

Paul ran towards the row of trees just outside the orphanage.
