The Seven Sins

[Miranda_]

Alicia knocked lightly on the door, so as not to damage her manicure.

[Sarah_K_O_M]

"Uh, yeah, it's open!" Sam tore off the doodled sheet and threw it in the bin then prepared himself.

[Miranda_]

Alicia walked in. She was dressed in clothes that showed her off to her best advantage, lightly sprayed with perfume, and wearing high heeled boots. "Sorry I'm late," she said in a light tone as she realised that this man was going to do the interview instead of the drab woman she'd envisaged, "The traffic was just murder."

[Sarah_K_O_M]

"I wouldn't know, I walked," Sam said cheerfully, "Still, you got here in time. Shall we begin?"

[Miranda_]

"If you so wish." Alicia seated herself gracefully opposite him. "I suppose you want to talk about my newest film."

[Sarah_K_O_M]

"To start with, yes. So, what's it about?" Sam doublechecked the recorder was on.

[Miranda_]

Alicia crossed her legs, making sure her stockinged legs were even more visible. "It's called 'East Of Midnight'. About a world ruled by women, and a sacrifice that must be stopped. It combines fantasy, romance and adventure."

[Sarah_K_O_M]

Sam didn't notice her moving, but jotted down what she said, "And what role have you in it?"

[Miranda_]

"What else, but the lead?" Alicia laughed. She had approached the director as soon as she'd heard about the film and after a night spent with him had been easily able to persuade him to give her the female lead. "I play the woman king Izvire. It's a very powerful role."

[Sarah_K_O_M]

"Now, on a more serious note some of your detractors have accused you of sleeping with producers and directors to get roles. One has even referred to you as, and I quote, 'a talentless wh*re with no skills except opening her legs'. Now, how do such vulgar sentiments make you feel?"
