"It probably won't work. But you can try if you want."

"I've got other toys, too," Damien said. "I've got a colouring book."

Star had given this to Damien, in an attempt to get him to like non bony toys and it had worked to some extent; tho Damien still favoured reds, black and white to colour in pictures.

"Oooh! What kind of coloring book?" Rose said.

[Miranda_]

"Dinosaurs," Damien said. He picked it up to show her.

[spirit_queen]

"What's your favorite dinosaur?" Rose asked.

[Miranda_]

"Allosaurus," said Damien. "And velociraptors, cuz I have their DNA in me."

[spirit_queen]

"You hve raptor DNA? I didn't know that. Is that why your other form looks like a dragon?" Rose asked. "My favorite dino is called....... uh.... para... paraaaasaur... AHA! Parasaurolophus!" Rose said.

"That's right. And pterosaur, too. Those ones you like; they're in the book that Granny gave me." Damien picked up a big book off the floor; Star had given him it, too. Tho he couldn't read yet, he could look at the pictures. He opened it up at Rose's fave dinosaur.
