"If it's okay with you." She kissed his cheek and picked up the papers she'd printed. It was quite a hefty pile. O.o "And you need one of these." She checked through the pile after putting it back down and handed him a sheet. There were several words and sentences on it; the other papers looked similar. "This'll be explained later, just hold onto it."

Orange stuck the rose onto her clothes with a bit of Sellotape then took the sheet of paper.

Liam had abruptly walked out of the room the moment that Gabrielle and Daniel had started making out.
A Malus official had sent Aiden after Killie. He had protested, but the official had swept aside his protests. "We could always send someone else after her, who'd probably kill her," she replied. "You on the other hand can subdue her and bring her back alive." Aiden had sighed and gone to look for Killie, hoping he wouldn't find her.

Killie could hear footsteps, and grabbed her bags, jumping into the river and hiding behind a rock. She had more smoke bombs, but she didn't feel like swallowing another one then retching it back up to escape. She stayed still, listening hard for more footsteps.
Alvin kissed him back and headed off to give everybody in the League their papers. No, not their walking papers, they're still in the League.
