"In which case, he's going to have a pretty nasty awakening," said Star. "Wesker's more confrontational than Liam, and a lot less intelligent, so I can see him getting a painful reminder."

"Liam doens't like me." Rose said, scowling.

[Miranda_]

"As far as I can tell, he doesn't like anyone who's either female or taller than him. Or both."

[spirit_queen]

"I think he hates me because my brother is tall." Rose said.

[Miranda_]

"Just try to think of it this way," said Star. "Anyone with that amount of neuroses must be deeply unhappy."

[Silent_Wolf]

"You think?" Arik put a crate down on the floor and unpacked some beakers, flasks and test tubes. "He keeps threatening to kill me, then never carries it out. Where do you want these, Star?"

[Miranda_]

"If you could put them in that cabinet over there, that'll be great." Star indicated the cabinet. She raised an eyebrow. "He keeps threatening to kill you?"

Arik nodded and started putting everything in the cabinet by size; he was a little OCD. XD "Yeah. Threatens me once or twice a year, never actually does it, but it sure as hell keeps me on my toes."

"I'd guess that he's had at least three huge personal traumas in his life, and that's why he's the way he is, cuz he's never talked about any of them."

[Silent_Wolf]

"One of them's got to do with his wives, I know that much. Mention the word 'wife' near him and he glares at you; hell, Mae's dad was talking to Ishmael about his own wife when Liam was nearby and I thought he was gonna flip out."
