"He's having counselling tho, that should help."

"And having a job here's probably been helping him. Gives him something to do."

[Miranda_]

"Something to take his mind off things."

[Silent_Wolf]

"Yeah." Jenny fell silent.

[Miranda_]

"Anything the matter?"

[Silent_Wolf]

"I just feel bad for him. I wish there was something I could do to help. My friend Patrick might be able to find him a good place to live until he can get on his feet; he's one of those high up prosecuting attorneys and he'd be able to pay for it until Vincent could do it." She held up a finger. "I know that seems weird for a defense attorney and prosecutor to be friends but we've unfortunately got a history. I'm just glad that he declined being the police's prosecutor on the grounds that he already had another case to work on; otherwise, I'd think we'd lose." O_o;

[Miranda_]

"Guess it doesn't look good to take on hopeless cases."

[Silent_Wolf]

"There's a reason the prosecutor they do have is never put on high priority trials."

[Miranda_]

"As for what to do for Vincent, I wouldn't know. I'm not very good at stuff like that."

[Silent_Wolf]

"Maybe once the trial's done, ask him if he wants to help out with things other than filing? Not necessarily dead things, mind, I mean um. Whatever else it is you people do around here." >>;
