"I'm not too keen on that word. I'd prefer to make something of myself, other than it just being about looks. No chance of that when that law's around."

Yuuna sighed. "Well, I little better than you; I no worthy of notice, nothing but slave with ugly scars on my back." Yuuna said. she knew she had a cute face, but she had calloused hands and a few ugly scars from her slavery days.

[Miranda_]

"I don't have scars; no human's ever hurt me in my life."

"You no want to feel the whip; it sting bad." Yuuna said with a shudder.

"Won't happen to me, not while I'm registered as a pet. I'm Ella's property, so if anyone did hurt me, she could get them taken to court. I'm also very valuable, both in terms of money and in potential breeding services." Jett sighed again at the thought of being sent out to stud, which wasn't one he liked very much.

Yuuna hugged him. "You more than item to me, you friend."

"Thanks, Yuuna." Jett returned the hug awkwardly. "And no, Mishka, I don't. I don't want to be forced to have sex with a girl who I don't even know, just cuz her owner paid for the privilege."
