She nodded, and she rubbed an ear, looking around the corner of the building and letting her breath out in a relieved sigh. Thank goodness he didn't do something stupid.

Then, suddenly, Takaia remembered her purpose; a few deer were escaping her way, and she snapped at them ferociously. she brought the largest one down, but the other two escaped. she was too proud of her kill to realize that if she'd scared them all the other way, she could've gotten help and had two more deer for the pack later tonight. But she didn't quite think like that.

Phelan came up to Sinopa. He changed to his human form so as to be able to carry the food and talk at the same time. "Don't even think of sharing with them. Took me ages to find even this."

[Silent_Wolf]

"They were just walking by, Phelan." She yawned and stood up, stretching her back and starting to walk down a sidewalk.

"Oh no, we've already eaten."
"We just thought we'd say hi. Hi!"

Kasa wagged her tail and began to eat. She was looking forward to showing herself off at the show; she was sure she would win. In any case, it would be a change of surroundings. She thought with a touch of spite of the renegades who willingly allowed themselves to starve, just out of so called pride. Where was the pride in starving to death?

Phelan eventually left the city without encountering anything more dangerous than a rat. He'd killed the rat, and taken its body along with the lamb leg. He couldn't afford to miss anything, not when winter was coming up.

Marius, too, was sure she'd be a prize dog. Otherwise, he wouldn't be bothered in entering her. He patted her back and went to go sit down and read the news.

Kasa ate her dinner lesurely, then went to lie down beside her master's chair.

Phelan looked suspiciously at the twins, then followed Sinopa, carrying the food.

After waving 'goodbye' to the twins, Sinopa rubbed the back of her head, ruffling her black hair in its ponytail. "... Darzi's trying to convince me to go on a raid with him again. He's starting to annoy me; I'm sick of him dragging me along to attack supply areas."
