"Well, i took a look look through newspapers ranging from 80 years ago to now, i discovered the blood always took longer to come around the 'public' government projects, and other times in between, many times, a blood drought occured during times when the press discovered covert operations, in other words, i think the government is behind this"

He said with a smart-ass little smile.

"Well, yah, um...I TOTTALY KNEW THAT. THAT'S SOOOOO OLD!" I said, trying not to look stupid.

"Yeah, sure you did Evelyn, now are you even gonna help me do anything about it?"
He asked, looking rather amused.

"Well, I like, I guess. I mean, if you WANT to..." I said looking up with a puppydog pout, and curling my hair with my finger.

"The puppie eyes don't work with me, Ev, save it for the security gaurds.

He said, pulling a rather illigialy gained tranquilizer gun from his pocket.

"Woah, woah, wait a second... Your not going to stab me with that THING..." I said jumping back.

"Im aware of that, i got it knock the gaurds out if we get caught"
He said, features becoming more bat like as he spoke.

Ooc: if your character comes with mine, then make sure to say bye to other characters that you where talking to before hand, and you might or might not pretend they were on the other side of the fountain, so they didn't hear.

"So, where IS the goverment offices?" I said confused, voice changing into a bat-like one. I fully turned bat and waited for Vlad.
