"You guys were on a whole 'nother topic after I asked if anyone wanted to go shopping. The AFTER that, I was TRYING to tell them, Jess and Karen, the lie and they just went off on their way. I had to shout it to get their attention."

"I was out shopping, but I knew better to believe that Luda would cancel the best party of the year."

"Whatever. I lied because I felt it was needed. Now if you'd excuse me..." Mitzy said, kissing Adam again.

Steph rolled her eyes and led Josh onto the dance floor. "She's jealous," she told him as they started to slow dance.

Mitzy was, in fact, a bit jealous. Her jealousy did tend to get the best of her.

"You know, you're a great dancer," Josh commented Steph after the slow song was over.
She blushed. "Thanks."

Adam kissed Mitzy and smiled, "Wanna come back to my place tonight? I don't know if you're the type to say yes to something like that, but..."

"Of course. I'd love to."

Steph rolled her eyes, in earshot of Mitzy. "What should we do after this, Josh?"

"Great. Why don't we leave now?" Adam asked.
Mitzy played with her hair, "Good question." She said before walking past Steph and towards the door. "Later," She whispered in her friend's ear.

Steph held out her foot, hoping Mitzy would trip.
