Aphrodite fell to her knees, and she was shaking. "Bu-bu-bu-bu..." She stammared. Suddenly; "No! you're LYING!" she screamed at athena.

"Why would I? It wouldn't benefit me in any way."

"Athena wouldn't lie about something like that."

"You SHUT UP!" she screamed at Heimdall. she turned back to Athena. "You think this is funny, don't you?! Huh?! HUH?!!?"

"No, I find it annoying." Athena replied. She even managed a nice, well-placed yawn.

Heimdall winced at the yelling, and began to back away towards the door.

"Aphrodite, control your temper; it's hurting Heimdall's ears." Athena said sharply.

"So?"

"His ears are more sensitive than ours; he's experiencing literal pain." Athena said.

Aphrodite scowled, and her blue eyes glared daggers.

Heimdall was relieved; the ache in his head caused by the screaming lessened.

Isis came in and glared at Aphrodite, "Is there a problem with my grandson looking like Anubis? It was your choice to sleep with him and this is what you get. You being the mother of my grandchild is already punishment enough for me obviously being sure a terrible mother and not teaching him proper values like not to sleep with any wh*re that throws herself at him." She took a sip of her coffee. "Now if no one minds, I'm taking a walk."

Sky looked at the watch she'd bought with the majority of her budget, "It's past midnight. We should get home."

"Okay." Svana said. She made her way back through the trees to the grassy fields. "First we should take Sleipnir back to the stables."

Athena rolled her eyes. "Why must you always be so melodramatic?"

"I'm betting that Anubis won't act like this when you tell him."

"He'll just sort of star, maybe nod, then turn around as if nothing happened and close his door." Athena said.

"I- I can't tell him..." Aphrodit's voice was barely a whisper now. "I can't face him..."
