Dustin was relieved that his mother was staying. He gave her an awkward hug. "Thanks mum. And I won't mind if you can't get me much, as long as you're around."

"Okay." Frigg sighed and smiled, "Well I better go put all this stuff away."

Rika was also smiling, happy for Dustin.

Dustin hoped that by the time that Christmas came, his mother would have changed her mind about leaving.

Frigg kissed his cheek then went back to her room to unpack.

Isis was wandering the halls aimlessly, a worried look on her face.

Anubis came downstairs a little while later.

Isis looked at him, then back to the floor. "Anubis, tell me: did you have a good time with Aphrodite?"

"She told you? Doesn't matter, anyway. She offered it to me, I took it. That's all it was."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"Nobody had to tell me anything. Everyone in the house heard. And that's not all it will be."

[Miranda_]

"It is as far as I'm concerned. I know exactly what she's doing; she's dressing and acting that way for my benefit, and it amuses me. But eventually, it'll just bore me."

"She's not right for you and you'll both have to pay for acting so childish. Aphrodite will become pregnant, Anubis."
