So, the two walked the halls. "Dustin isn't this great? I finally feel like me and not just a baby with no real choices."

[Miranda_]

"Yeah, cept I just know my mum's going to leave. She's already packed, that's how I know. Xander can say all he likes, but his parents are always both going to be around."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"My parents used to argue a lot. I was worried one of them would leave. My mum mentioned a few times how she wanted to leave or how she didn't want me to know she was my mother at all."

[Miranda_]

"That's sad. My parents don't love each other, and never did. Neither of them wanted to have me, but at least Dad is trying."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"Your mom was trying too until your father came back and forced her to live here. Svana and Xander have it easy. Their parents never fight and they love each other. My parents didn't really conceive me out of love either, more l'ust."

[Miranda_]

"I'm glad I do live here; it's better than where Mum used to live."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"But your mother isn't so happy about the move obviously. That, and I can tell she doesn't like Athena or Xander and Svana."

[Miranda_]

"I know, but I don't want to move. I want to stay here."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"And you will. I know you will. Maybe your mum will find another guy and just get over everything, okay?" She hugged him.

[Miranda_]

Dustin sighed. "I hope so. All I can do is hope everything works out."
