Remy woke up to find himself alone in the bed and sighed. He was fed up of this sort of thing happening, that meant that he and Keiko had to make up during the day for what their deity selves had done during the night.
Keiko took care of Rika, then sighed. She had to go to her new waitressing job today, then Tina would have to teach her when she got home. She felt she had no free time to talk to Remy, as much as she really wanted to.
Remy was feeling depressed about Keiko's new career. Not cuz he grudged her having a job and career, but cuz to him it made him feel that he was somehow failing both her and Rika by not having a job.
But Keiko couldn't just quit her job and decide not to go to cosmetology class. She needed the money. She needed to go to work because Remy didn't have a job. She didn't think Shaun really wanted to pay for her family. Keiko also decided that, after work, she was going to pick up a few clothes for Rika, seeing as she hadn't gotten many, at a discount shop.
