Tina spent her time practicing simple movements, and, though she looked insane, talking to herself. She eventually stopped, bored of it all, and lay there, her mind wandering.
Remy and Keiko had arrived at the hospital, and Remy had managed to persuade the nurse on duty that he and Keiko were friends of Tina's from school and had a gift for her.
Keiko sighed and looked around the large entry room of the hospital. Patients were sitting on chairs, waiting for what they might fear most to be told to them. Keiko didn't want to feel sorry for them, but some of the patients were children, and that was always a weekness of hers: sick children. She glanced back at Loki. "What room is she in?" Keiko asked, eyes slowly moving to the sword.
"Room 14," replied Remy. "I managed to charm the nurse into telling us that. No idea how, but let's go before she changes her mind and calls security on us."
Tina felt like a prisoner in her own body, and then tried bigger things, like sitting up. She had to inch her way up the headboard, then lean against it to keep herself up.
Tina scratched an itch, and sat up a little higher, relieved to be able to be in a different position at all. She missed her own bed by now, and walking.
Keiko knocked on the door, then opened it, leaving no time for an answer. She put the sword on the foot of the bed. "There you go. I have no idea why, but Remy says we had to get it to you."
"I don't know why either, to be honest; I just know that it would help you to have it and make whatever happened before happen now." Remy wasn't sure he was making any sense, but he knew strongly that it had to be like this.
