Athena sighed. "Fine, but I will have my vengeance. Something I ALWAYS get." She turned from him. "And I'm not really playing with the cameras, just the light rays. Starting now, you will have a few minutes of invisibility to change forms. And I will do the same when you come back out." She concentrated on the lightrays bouncing around in the room, and tweaked them so that they went through Loki, making him invisible. So long as his transformationg didn't require too much movement, he was invisible. She also created a lhologram-replica that went to the men's restroom. When Loki was to return for real, she would also make his hologram return.

Loki shifted into the shape of a snake, a sinuous black reptile that immediately slithered underneath the cabinet and to the back of the display. He easily entered the display cabinet that the necklace and hammer were in, and first took the hammer, retreating thru the gap and laying it down on the floor under the display cabinet. He then went back for the necklace, doing likewise. Finally, he slid back to where he'd been standing, changing back to his normal shape. Loki then bent down; first he picked up the necklace and put it in his pocket, then he picked up the hammer. At first, it seemed far too large to hide; then Loki tapped three of the symbols carved on the hammer's head, and it shrank to the size of a pendant. It even had a silver chain attached to it. Loki then put the pendant round his neck.

Athena had heard Loki's doings, and his hologram had covered him as her transformed. When he was bent down, Athena disguised it by playing with the light some more to make it look like he was tying a shoe. She looked at him as he put the chain around his neck, then rolled her eyes. "Let's go." She said.

[Miranda_]

"Yeah, yeah. I'll come back later to see if there's anything else I should take."

"You will not." Athena said. "I'm taking us back to our home town once we get out of this building." She said, her brow furrowed in her annoyance. Honestly, Loki was a smart guy, but he used his head and charisma for all the wrong things, which drove her nuts.

Freya had been looking at many of the other treasures. She turned back to the others, an impatient glare in her eyes. "Done, yet, I pressume?" She asked, wanting to get out of this place and once again have the necklace that she had wanted back for so many years.

"Yeah, guess we are," said Loki, annoyed. "Cuz Miss Know It All here isn't going to let me take anything else, guess we'd better go."

Athena went to the elevator and pushed the down button. It came quickly, and she filed in, hitting the button for the ground floor. She wanted to get out this place ASAP.

Freya laughed. "I see... Hey! Athena, wait up!" She said, rushing towards the elevator and getting in, as well.

Loki went after them and got into the elevator just before the doors closed. "Anyone would think you were trying to leave me behind."
