Athena smiled. "Yep. And the people here don't even know it's significance. Heimdall hid it a little too thouroughly." Athena walked down the hall, showing Freya and Loki the way.

"Figures," said Loki as he walked after Athena and Freya. "He always was an idiot."

Ooc: XD I LOVE where I decided to haver it 'hidden', and I love the movie 'Night at the Museum', too.

Athena lead them to the miniatures, then to a Roman scene. "I've no idea HOW it ended up here, but..." She indicated a little Roman firgurine of a woman inside, and around her neck was a necklace too intricate and beautiful to be made for any toy, display or not. "I always asked the museaum curator where they got it. He just told me it was here since before he started to work here."

"Yeah... that's it. Want me to get it out for you?" Loki's gaze was suddenly caught by another object behind glass, also in the Roman section. He walked over to the cabinet. It was a hammer, with a short handle and an elabourately carved head.

Ooc: XD!!!!!

Athena nodded. "The security cameras won't be a problem; I'll handle 'em so that no one noices your transformation into..." She paused. "... into whatever form you're going to take." She finished.

"I'm taking this too. It's Mjollnir; Thor's hammer. He'd have wanted me to have it, seeing as we were friends."

Ooc: How do you pronounce the name of his hammer? That always confused me... >.<

Athena gave Loki an acid look. "Leave it, Loki." She said. "It's not yours to take. And I will make sure there are nasty consequences if you do." She threatened. Actually, she had no idea what she would do to him, but she would do SOMETHING.

Ooc: No idea; I have a book with the pronouncations etc, but it's at my parents' house.

"Thor would want me to have it," repeated Loki stubbornly. "And we took a blood oath, remember? You can't do anything to me; it's against your ideals to break something that important. Besides, I can make it smaller so I can hide it better."

Athena stomped her foot; he was right. She needed to do something technically allowed in the blood oath, but unexpected of her... she thought over what Loki probably labeled her as; know-it-all, tomboy, frigid... She stopped. Now there's an idea... She grinned impishly. "Well, Loki, I AM the goddess of wisdom. Who's to say I CAN'T find a way to do it without breaking the oath?"

"But, you can't stop me taking it. I'm taking Freya's necklace for her, why can't I have something too? Anyway, this hammer is useful. I always wanted to own it, cept I wouldn't steal something from a friend. Just do your little diversion, and I'll get both of these out of here. There's a gap at the back of each cabinet; both the hammer and necklace would fit thru that gap. All I have to do is change into something that'll be able to fit thru, too."
