"Would help if I even knew where she was. Is there any way to find out?"

"My laptop should help. It's how I found the other deities who were also reincarnated." Athena said, standing up. "It's downstairs."

[Miranda_]

"I'll wait here for you to get back."

[spirit_queen]

Athena nodded and went downstairs. She found her laptop right where she'd left it and came back upstairs. "now, Heimdall, before i find her, I have to say something." she said as she came into the room. "She probably will yell at you, but instead of cowering or letting her have her way, you should show her that you won't take that anymore, that you have some dignity. Stand tall and let her know that you won't be treated like a slave anymore, but as an equal. Oh, and that when she's ready to calm down and act mature about the situation, you'll be willing to talk, or something like that."

Frigg, by now, had birthed a small baby boy named Dustin - Norse for Thor's stone. Not that is mattered what it meant to her, she just picked a cute, slightly human-like name so people wouldn't get suspicious of her being a Goddess.

Dustin was not at all like Rika. He would cry all night, and was such a troublemaker. She was definitely having a hard time taking care of him.

She had bought a small appartment and had gotten a job as a cashier at a nearby grocery store. It wasn't really what she wanted to do with her life, but she had sold all her possessions to pay for food for the next few weeks and still needed money for the rent.

Frigg worked the night shift, keeping Dustin in another room of the store so she could take care of him when there weren't many customers. A few of her coworkers, Daryll and Blair (the ones she had befriended) asked, "Why can't the father take care of the child?"

Frigg sighed. "I was living with him while I was pregnant, but he kicked me out. I haven't heard of him in a while and frankly, I'm fine with that. Dustin doesn't need a father like him; I can raise him myself."

[Miranda_]

Heimdall hung his head. "I'm not sure I can do that. I never was an equal to Frigg in the first place."

She put a hand on his shoulder. "Yes, you can. you have to believe in yourself, though."

Daryll shrugged, unsure if Frigg knew what she was getting herself into. "Maybe you could share custody?"

"No thanks. Dustin is my baby. I was the one who lived in a women's shelter for a while cause it would be better on the child. I'm the one who had to go through child birth alone. He's never met his child, and I plan on keeping it that way - even if Dustin does remind me of him, I'll never forgive him. He didn't even wait to kick me out until after I had the baby. I don't even want to look at him anymore."

[Miranda_]

"I just don't want it to come to a legal fight. I know that generally courts favour the mother, but not in this case; I mean, I have a big house and they'd probably assume you were my girlf and willing to look after the baby... it would make the situation twice as bad as it is now."

Athena blushed. "Oh. Yeah..." she scratched her head.
