Aphrodite went to help her, seeing what she could get from the kitchen that could help her. Turns out she found enough stuff to suffice for the potion, and gathered it all together to start.
Heimdall slipped upstairs, seeing that he wasn't needed for the moment. The only way he could think of for contacting Athena was to send a mental message; he hoped she'd be able to pick it up. He didn't care about Loki or Freya, it was just Athena he was concerned about. He concentrated hard and sent the message; basically, it was just warning her of what Frigg and Aphrodite were planning.
