Loki walked beside Sleipnir as they walked back to the house. "Wonder what Athena's doing. And the others."

Athena helped the girl onto a bench in the nearby park. She took the child's hand and drew the Sword.

"Whoa!" The little girl exclaimed.

Athena concentrated for a minute on the girl's genes and where in the city someon with half the corresponding genes was. Then she smiled. "sophie, i believe I know where your mommy is."

Freya nodded, "Did you convince anyone yesterday - other then that girl you slept with?"

[Miranda_]

"Yeah... Anubis and Isis both seemed to understand."

Freya nodded again, "So... Tell me about your night yesterday."

[Miranda_]

Loki told her, leaving out the parts about the girl he'd slept with and the guy that Freya had slept with. "Anubis is lucky that his worst enemy didn't make it thru. Instead, his mother did."

"Yeah... What about the girl? How was she?" Freya said, not a single tear or emotion showing.

[Miranda_]

"She was nothing. Compared to you, any girl would be."

[spirit_queen]

"You did?" The girl asked. "Hey, are you a witch?" Sophie asked, wrinkling her nose.

Athena chuckled. "No, Sophie, I'm afraid not." Athena helped the girl back onto the ground. "C'mon! The sooner we start walking, the sooner you see your mom." She said, leading the small child down the street.
