They arrived in what appeared to be a very o.****nt library, with a fire roaring in the fireplace, a chair in front of it, and many rows of books. athena unhesitatingly went for the fire place. She bent down and spoke to the fire "Alright, Nusku, could you spare a minute?"

The fire sixxled, then to yellow -no, three- spots appeared ont he red flames, representing eyes and a mouth. The upper spots blinked. "Hold on a minute... you're... you're Athena, aren't you?" A strangley distant voice asked.

"Yes. Could you take your human form?"

"Aww! But I LIKE this one better." The flame-face frowned. "Alright, alright. Get back, or be burned!" He warned...

Loki rolled his eyes and stepped back. "I think I prefered Anubis's form to this guy's."

The fire then exploded from the fireplace, as if someone had thrown gasoline onto it. The flames swirled in the middle of the room, then faded and oncdensed into the form of a man. This man had hair that was so bright and orange it was almost unnatural, and butterscotch eyes. He was quite tall, almost as tall as Loki.

Athena scowled, feeling rather short, as she was around a foot and a half ahorter than both of them.

Nusku sat in the chair that was by the fireplace. "You wanted to tell me something?" Nusku asked.

"Yes, actually." Athena said, gathering her thoughts and considering how best to approach Nusku with the subject.

"Hopefully this is the last time, at least for tonight, we have to do this."

Athena explained the situation yet again, and Nusku's expression grew pensive. "I'll do it. it sounds like there's not much of a choice." He said, holding out his hand.

Athena did the routine blood oath, adding yet another white scar to her left hand.

Nusku looked to them. "You two best be going; it's almost dawn now." he said. "And I doubt you brought money for plane tickets..."

Athena nodded. "Alright, Loki; let's go."

For the last time, Loki used the sword to take both him and Athena back. He looked at his watch. "Just enough time to go and pull; I'll see you back at the house."

"'Kay." Athena said, going to the house...

When she got inside, she took off her shoes and collapsed onto the couch. She was so tired, she didn't bother to pull the covers over herself. She was asleep before she knew it.

Loki went to the nearest club. It didn't take him long to persuade the girl back to the house with him. He didn't even bother taking her into the house, but instead had x-ratedness with her in the nearby alleyway.

Freya was already asleep on the bed when Athena came in and Jordan had left only a short while ago.
