Athena cut his hand, then her own. She laid her hand on top of his, letting the blood mingle for a few seconds, then slowly pulled her hand away. When she pulled her hand back, the cut was already healed, just another white scar on her fleshy palm.

[Miranda_]

Anubis showed no emotion on his face, even when his palm was being cut. "And the other?"

[spirit_queen]

"Loki has already done this with me. Due to the spell I set up, his oath now includes you as well, you need not worry about him, or any others whom we meet." She explained.

[Miranda_]

"That's good. For you, and whatever other gods are involved. Tho, I would prefer it if other gods of my own pantheon were around." A small snake squirmed out of Anubis' pocket, and wound its way up his arm. He picked it up and petted it as tho it was a kitten.

[spirit_queen]

"There is Isis." Athena informed him.

[Miranda_]

A flicker of emotion crossed Anubis' face. "My mother."

Ooc: Going by the school of thought that has Anubis as the son of Osiris and Isis.

Athena nodded. "Indeed." She said, slightly surprised the Anubis had any emotions at all, then inwardly reprimanding herself. She wondered whether she should tell him that she would probably speak to her next...

[Miranda_]

"If you speak to her, let her know that I, too, survived. I have no means of finding out where she is, or else I would do it myself."

[spirit_queen]

"I will." Athena said. "She actually lives some thirty-eight miles from here." She paused. "If you wish, I could give you her address." She'd memorized them all for convenience, and felt she had to offer to him. It was, after all, his mother. Athena herself had never gotten to truly meet her birthmother...

[Miranda_]

"I would appreciate that, if you could do that."
