Sword of the Lost Gods ~fantasy rp~

"Why the hell do I have to everything? Even if I do change into a bird, it'll take me ages to fly to London, you know."

Tina grumbled. You could TRY the Sword, but if you blow something up, don't blame me." She said, taking out the sword in its dagger from. "You have to envision the place you want to arrive, and you'll feel a sort of humming response in the swrd. I don't really know how else to explain this, but you gotts capture the- pattern? Rhythm?- of that hum in your mind, and mentally push, or something like that."

[Miranda_]

Loki took the sword. Strange how now he finally had it in his hands, he had no urge to steal it and make it his own. Not now he knew what was at stake. "When you're better, we should probably find those other gods. At least find out where they are, so we can get to them before the others do."

[spirit_queen]

"Yeah." Tina said. "Please be careful with that thing, Loki. I'm sure it could be used in a nuclear war, though I've never tried, for obvious reasons."

[Miranda_]

"I am being careful. And I won't use it cept to get to London and back quickly." He held the sword out, and concentrated; soon, he'd disappeared to Kew Gardens, where the golden apples were. He picked two, cuz he wasn't sure exactly how ill Tina/Athena was.

Tina sighed in relief as he sucessfully performed the spell. It wasn't too far from the one for minor explosions, and the last thing Tina needed was third-degree burns.

[Miranda_]

Loki put everything cept the need to help Tina out of his mind; he was able to return with the apples to the exact same spot that he'd left, next to the sofa in the house. He'd been afraid that he'd end up miles away or something like that.

Tina sat up with a groan, then held out her left hand.

[Miranda_]

Loki handed her the apples. "Didn't know whether you'd need one or two, so I got two."

[spirit_queen]

"thanks." tina said, then she took a small bite of the apple, not willing to spend the energy to get a bigger bite. It was juicy, and incredibly sweet. Already she could feel its healing effects. She continued to eat the apple, almost getting voracious except for the fact that she was a usually well-mannered girl.
