Tina tried to protest and say "I can get to the couch myself." But it sounded more like "I'n g-cooch msleff." She tried again, only soundingworse, then gave up. What was the use if they couldn't even understand her? besides, she was on the couch by now.

She shuddered, for the couch had gotten cold in her absence from it. But it soon absorbed Tina's excess body warmth, ans she sighed in relief. She didn't want to even contemplate the temperatue she was running. Would she have to be taken to the hospital? Did Remy even have health insurance? She doubted the latter of the two.

"We can still do something before the nap. Would help us sleep. And there's not a lot we can do for Tina in any case. We could take her to hospital, but it's not like I can afford to give her a private room or something."

Keiko agreed. She put her empty bowl on the kitchen counter and slowly finished her drink.

Eventually, Tina drifted into a fitful sleep, twitching from horrid nightmares.

Little Sleipnir nudged her with his nose, trying to help her out of them.

Remy yawned as he put his empty plate on the side, with his glass. "Let's go up now, before I fall over."

"I wouldn't want that, though... That's no fun. But yeah... Let's go." Keiko took his hand and led him upstairs.

tina woke with a shuddering gasp. she turned over. "Oh, Sleipnir, it's just you." she said, though it was badly slurred. she began to pet his mane and tried to calm herself, knowing that the mental state had very much to deal with how you heal.

Keiko stood up after having a nap just after the x ratedness. She yawned and stretched, then started to get dressed.
