"You could have been nicer on wedding night, too," Neph said.

"I didn't know what to do, so I just pretended to be asleep."

Set didn't really want to tell Neph that the very thought of having to sleep with her had made him feel ill; not cuz of who she was, but what she was.

[spirit_queen]

"Well- nevermind," sighed Neph. "Try the dark chocolate raspberry mousse; that came out the best."

[Miranda_]

Set reached for the mousse and took some. "Brilliant," he said. "You really ought to make a career out of this."

[spirit_queen]

"You really think so?" Neph asked.

"Like, duh; this is divine! And, coming from a goddess, that's no short praise," Helena said, nibbling on a croissant sprinkled with almonds.

[Miranda_]

"You could start off selling online or in a local shop, then work your way up to your own cooking range, restaurant and TV show."

[spirit_queen]

"I- I'll try, but no guarantees," Neph said.

"That's the spirit," Helena said as she grabbed at a cupcake.

[Miranda_]

"If you're happy, I can try and stop thinking that I ruined your entire life."

[spirit_queen]

"Success doesn't necessarily bring happiness, Set," Neph said with a sigh.

"Wow, you're depressive. Well, there's noting for it, I'll just have to find you a man," Helena announced. Neph just looked alarmed.

[Miranda_]

"Neither does failure," Set pointed out.
