Dustin stood still. He didn't turn to go back, but neither did he carry on walking. "You still want me to go to school tho, and I can't right now. I feel physically sick even at the thought. So I can't come back to the house."

"Okay." Tina said. "I'll make it look like you transferred to another school, then, though of course you didn't; if it's time you need, then you'll get it."
"That's fine; homeschool can work, if you're willing to try it." Tina said. "I just- I don't know what came over me. I guess I just a lot of things on my mind, and so I snapped."
