"Yes, actually." Aphrodite said. "the way he is now... it's- it's pathetic. I hate seeing him like this."

Cam stammered, "Uh, r-really? I was worried you'd, kinda, you know, push me away or something. You're incredibly sweet and I didn't want to ruin things."

[Miranda_]

"I don't really see a way to fix him, tho," said Shaun. "Isis won't see that her stance is wrecking his mind, so I guess all we can do is hope the antidepressants start working before he does something damaging to himself." He was thinking of how Dustin had been depressed and had cut his wrists.

"Fortunately, when I said 'cutting and burning', he just looked confused, so we don't have to worry about that just yet." Aphrodite said.

Svana grinned. "Cam, you silly boy, I've had a crush on you the longest time!"

"Really? Sweet. I've had a crush on you, too. Let's go inside. It's getting pretty late."

"Probably cuz he's fairly new to this era so it hasn't yet occurred to him."

So Cam took Svana's hand and led her inside, where they saw that Tina and Shaun were home.

"MAMA! PAPA!" Svana said. She let go of Cam and ran to her parents, glomping them both. XD
