Set was just relieved that Josh hadn't left. He sat down on the end of the bed. "Should I wake him up?"

[spirit_queen]

"Naw, I won't put that on your conscience; I'll do it." she got onto the bed and hovered over him. "Hey, Sleeping Beauty, WAKE UP!"

Josh snorted and then woke up, obviously confused. "Wha...?"

[Miranda_]

"Couldn't you have picked a gentler method?" O_o

[spirit_queen]

"No, when he's like that he sleeps like a rock." Aphrodite said.

"...good afternoon to you, too." Josh said, sitting up and scratching his head. He jumped when he realized Set was there, and then scrambled to fix his extremely messy hair. XD

[Miranda_]

"Don't worry about that; she's seen worse."

[spirit_queen]

"I don't care about her; she's my best friend. i just dont' want to look terrible around you." Josh said. He eventually managed to tame his hair. "So, ah, what's this all about?"

[Miranda_]

"I don't mind. And um, Helena will tell you."

[spirit_queen]

"Josh, in either middle school or high school, were you ever required to learn mythology?" Aphrodite asked.

"Middle school 7th grade; we learned about the Olympians and some of the more famous stories form greek mythology. Why?" Josh asked.

Aphrodite just grinned, and then began to glow a sort of warm pink-gold. "Because, my dear friend, you're looking at one."

Josh just stared, looking as though his eyes were about to pop out of his head. Aphrodite, in her true goddess form, was so beautiful that she could more or less hypnotize. "My real name isn't Helena, Josh, it's Aphrodite."

Josh fainted. XD

[Miranda_]

Set looked alarmed. "I don't think he took it well."

[spirit_queen]

"He'll wake up in a minute..."

And he did.

"It's sad how well I know this poor man." XD

"Oh! I just had the weirdest dream-"

"Josh, that wasn't a dream." Aphrodite still let herslef glow, but now more midly.

O_O "Why are you showing me this? why now?" Josh asked.

"Because I'm not the only immortal present." Aphrodite said.

Josh thought for a minute, still a bit groggy, then slowly turned to look at Set. "Set? You mean you're not... human?"
