"I do believe so, yes. As much as I love him, I do not like the idea of my son being with another man - especially in an actual relationship."

"What's so wrong with that? Coulnd't you overlook it for your son?" Aphrodite said. "If my Exhno did that, though he appears to have no interest, I'd still love him."

"You grew up in a different culture than I did, Aphrodite. The way I was raised and the culture I was born into isn't very accepting of those people. And I would still love my son, I just wouldn't be able to support his decision."

Horus came downstairs, yawning. The swelling around his eye had gone down completely, tho it was still bruised, and he could see properly now.

Horus muttered something under his breath, and went to the kitchen without even thanking Tina.

"Because I don't need someone like that in my family." Isis said coolly.

Aphrodite took a deep breath to calm herself, then stood up. "Well, thanks for your time; I won't keep you any longer."
