"That wouldn't happen this time," said Set. "Cuz Osiris is my brother. In any case, I'm still jealous of him. He got all the good luck... and I got all the bad. Where's the fairness in that? He's right that I'm a freak; maybe if I wasn't so freakish and ugly, I wouldn't have been used and dumped by so many lovers."

"Hey, don't think of it that way." Xander said. "Anyways, you're not ugly. You just happen to have th head fo an animal that exists nowhere else."

[Miranda_]

"My human face is ugly, too. That's why I prefer to keep the animal head."

[spirit_queen]

"What does your human face look like?" Xander asked.

[Miranda_]

"I could show you," said Set, hesitantly. "Just don't think I mean anything of it. I'm not like they say I am; I don't make moves on people for the sake of it. I never have."

[spirit_queen]

Xander nodded. "It's fine; you seem to shy to do anything like that. At least, you seem shy to me."

[Miranda_]

Set changed his animal head into his human head; tho he wasn't super good looking, he certainly wasn't ugly. Unusually for an Egyptian, he had dark red hair as well as the dark blue eyes, which to most Egyptians with their black hair and brown eyes, would certainly look freakish.

"You're not ugly at all." Xander said. "Heck, I bet there are plenty of red-heads who'd love to have your tan."

[Miranda_]

Set changed back. "You're confusing me a bit now. The others always said I looked freaky and ugly. They're still saying it."

[spirit_queen]

"Because Egyptians don't generally have red hair and blue eyes, i gues." Xander said. "But here, red hair and blue eyes is a heck of a lot more common. If I had my mom's laptop, I'd show you."
