She nodded. "She told me about that, actually. Well, go on; the more you talk, the better." she said gently.

[Miranda_]

"She just doesn't seem to understand why I don't want to get married, even tho I've told her dozens of times. I married my first wife cuz I wanted to do the decent thing by her when she got pregnant. I didn't love her, and I had affairs. Eventually, I met this girl who became my long term mistress. She got pregnant, so I left my first wife and married her. I didn't love her either. It's different with Freya, but I'm scared of making the same mistake again, and I don't want to rush into marriage. But Freya just twists all that around to make it look like I don't love her, when it's cuz I love her that I want to wait."

"Yours seems like a unique case." Mrs. McGregor said.

[Miranda_]

Loki sighed. "Impossible, more like. She just won't listen to a word I say, and I'm tired of trying to convince Freya that I love her and won't leave her."

[spirit_queen]

"That's what I'm here for." She said.

[Miranda_]

"Somehow I doubt you can do anything to help."

[spirit_queen]

"Well, I can try." She said.

[Miranda_]

"You'll never convince Freya to listen to me, or to consider any other version of events cept for her. She's always painting herself as the victim, and trying to lay a guilt trip on me. She never accepts responsibility for her actions, not ever."

"Then I'll just do the best I can." She said.

[Miranda_]

Loki shrugged. "Anyway, that's pretty much all I have to tell you. Don't know what you're planning to do, now."
