"Um, alright. I just wasn't expecting this at all. But it's a good surprise, don't get me wrong."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"Well, after dancing at a Bachelor's party without your permission and not arriving home until after 3AM, I suppose I owe you one.'

[Miranda_]

Loki shook his head. "You don't need my permission. I just like to know where you are, so I don't worry about you."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"You were in a bad mood, so I really didn't want to tell you. That was the last time I'll be having fun in a while, anyway."

[Miranda_]

"Why do you say that? I'm not about to lock you in the cellar."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"I just won't be dancing anymore. That's where most of my fun comes from, dancing and parties. I quit my job, too."

[Miranda_]

Loki stared at her. "I didn't want you to do that. I don't want you to feel that you have to completely change yourself, and give up the job you love, just to make me happy."

[TheHayleyDoll]

"Things just weren't working out. Besides, I want to be able to get to know my girls before they - or just Sky, rather - starts high school."

[Miranda_]

"As long as you're sure," Loki said, doubtfully. "I'll keep both of mine on; I'll need to, anyway."
