Tina made way for the kitchen, glad she'd paid for some food. She opened a cupboard and pulled out a cereal -any cereal- and a bowl. She lightly saturated it with milk, grabbed a spoon, and dug in.
Tina heard someone thumping inelegantly down the steps. She figured it was Remy. After finishing her bowl, she quickly rinsed it in the sink. Stretching, she went back into the living room. "mornin'." She managed to Remy. "I left the cereal box out in the kitchen, in case your hungry." She said.
"Thanks," he replied. "Takes some getting used to, having actual food in this house. Dunno what the plan is for today; it's like we set a bomb in that farmhouse, almost, if you think about it."
tina nodded, not quite awake. She yawned once, stretching more thoroughly this time. " guess it'll be one of those days where you just follow your instincts and do whatever, huh?"
"At least an hour, maybe more. I might join her if she's still there after I've eaten." Remy poured himself some cereal and added milk. "That'll hurry her up."
